Custom Order Deliveries

Delivery Timeline
All custom orders will be delivered 4-8 weeks after design approval and order confirmation. Once your design is finalised and approved, we begin the production process to ensure the highest quality, and your order will be dispatched within the stated timeframe.

The team at Pedla is committed to dispatching your custom order as soon as possible. The best way to stay updated on your order’s status is to track your parcel using the tracking details provided upon dispatch. This will offer the most accurate and up-to-date information about your order’s location.

Australia Shipping

Handling Fee + Standard Shipping $15AUD
Handling Fee + Local Pick $15AUD
Handling Fee + Express Shipping $25AUD

  • Express Delivery: Approximately 1-2 business days for metro addresses.
  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 2-4 business days.

International Shipping

Handling Fee + International Shipping $35AUD 

International Express Delivery: Approximately 3-5 business days via DHL International Express.

Duties & Taxes

Custom orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authorities. These charges are based on the value of your order, the materials used, and the country of origin. Since customs regulations differ across countries, we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the potential duties and taxes you may need to pay.

Please note that The Pedla is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees related to your order, including custom garments. These fees are to be paid by the recipient, and failure to pay may result in non-refund of the order.

If you choose not to pay import duties or taxes, please note that your order will not be refunded.
