We stand by the quality of our custom products and offer a 12-month quality guarantee. Our custom products are thoroughly checked during the design and manufacturing phases to ensure they meet the highest standards.

What is your returns policy?
For custom orders, we will gladly repair or replace your item if it is found to have manufacturing defects, such as seam, hardware, or material abnormalities, within 12 months of your order date. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team at custom@thepedla.com with details and photos, and we’ll handle your case directly.

Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues unless the product does not meet the specifications outlined in our size chart.

Colour and Print Quality
Colour and print quality are thoroughly reviewed and approved during the design phase, and all custom orders are made to your exact specifications.

What if my items are faulty?
If you believe your custom item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please email our support team at custom@thepedla.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty items and ensure a replacement or repair is arranged promptly.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, crashes, improper care, or standard wear and tear. Additionally, issues such as abrasion, fading, or damages from improper washing or storage are not covered under this guarantee.

How long does it take to process a return or replacement?
We aim to process returns or replacements within 3 business days of receiving your faulty item. Once processed, we will notify you and arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
